Same day shipping on all orders placed and paid for by 1:00 pm!! (AEST) - Worldwide

Orders are despatched Monday to Friday after 1:00 p.m (AEST). All orders received after this time will be sent the following WORKING day.
We do not ship orders at weekends or public holidays.

Most items are sent by Australia Post eParcel. After your item has been sent, you will receive an email from Australia Post with the details of your parcel. 

Once items are sent and in the hands of Australia Post, we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery.

New Zealand - We ship daily to New Zealand!  Please contact us for a quote.
Worldwide - We ship worldwide! Please contact us for a quote before purchasing.

Please note that all of our shipping methods require a signature on delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is at your requested address when the goods are to be delivered. It is for this reason that we recommend delivery to a business address.



Except where goods are faulty, all Exchanges and Returns must be received by TRR Auto Parts (Australia) within 14 Days of dispatch to be eligible for return or exchange.

We regret that items that have been used or damaged or returned in an unsaleable condition, will not be entitled to a refund.

We are not responsible for any lost returned parcels so please send back to us via our recommended method or a traceable method like registered post or traceable courier.

In the case that an item is faulty, we will endeavour to resolve the situation as quickly and hassle free as possible.

All Faults must be reported within 14 days of invoice date.

Please note that items damaged as a result of wear and tear or abuse, are not considered to be faulty.
