SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are shipped the following working day – Worldwide

Orders are despatched Monday to Friday.
We do not ship orders at weekends or public holidays.

Our items are sent by either Australia Post eParcel or Sendle. After your item has been sent, you will receive an email with the details of your parcel.

Once items are sent, we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery.

Please note that all of our shipping methods require a signature on delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is at your requested address when the goods are to be delivered. It is for this reason that we recommend delivery to a business address.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Except where goods are faulty, all Exchanges and Returns must be received by TRR Auto Parts (Australia) within 14 Days of dispatch to be eligible for return or exchange.

We regret that items that have been used or damaged or returned in an unsaleable condition, will not be entitled to a refund.

We are not responsible for any lost returned parcels so please send back to us via our recommended method or a traceable method like registered post or traceable courier.

In the case that an item is faulty, we will endeavour to resolve the situation as quickly and hassle free as possible.

All Faults must be reported within 14 days of invoice date.

Please note that items damaged as a result of wear and tear or abuse, are not considered to be faulty.
